Deardesk AI is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users manage emails and meetings by organizing inboxes, generating AI-assisted replies, and connecting to calendars for scheduling. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to form a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
To provide core functionality, you may authorize us to access your email and calendar via OAuth (e.g., Google or Microsoft). You can revoke access at any time in your provider settings or in Deardesk. When access is revoked, we stop syncing and delete access tokens; you may also request deletion of synced data.
You represent that you have the right to grant us access to the mailboxes and calendars you connect and that your use will comply with applicable provider policies and laws.
You retain ownership of your content (emails, events, attachments metadata). You grant Deardesk a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services (including AI-assisted features), consistent with our Privacy Policy.
The Services may process portions of your content with trusted AI providers to generate drafts and summaries. We use data minimization and, by default, do not permit providers to train on your data. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete—you are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before use.
Paid features may be billed on a subscription basis. Fees, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation policies are presented at checkout or in your account billing page. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file.
The Services integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft, OpenAI). Your use of those providers may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We implement safeguards to protect your data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for configuring any organization-wide access controls and permissions.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for risks to the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Certain provisions survive termination.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, reliable, or error-free, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deardesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
You will indemnify and hold Deardesk harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your primary place of business (if using on behalf of an organization) or your country of residence, unless otherwise required by law. Venue and jurisdiction will be as permitted by applicable law.
